The flexible head holds tissue or premoistened wipes with flower petal-like grips that open and close by sliding a button on the back of the handle. Once inserted, tissue covers the head.
Curved design and shaped head allow you to put pressure where you need it for cleansing. Slide the button again and a small rod inside pushes and releases the tissue into the toilet--no mess or touching!
Lightweight; travels easily in pouch, included. 11" long.

What a God send. I broke my back recently and this wonderful item allows me privacy in the bathroom. It is very easy to use. Must use flushable wipes. Well worth it. I am so thankful to the inventor of this and words cannot express my appreciation. Don't hesitate for a minute in buying this if you are elderly or have a bad back.
Overpriced and does not work

The Bottom Buddy seems sturdy enough and is theoretically a good design. However, it does not work. If the paper is inserted in a way that lets it be ejected, it falls out in use. If it is inserted deeply enough not to fall out, it cannot be ejected. I tried both toilet paper and wipes without success. In my opinion, I have just flushed $40.
Didn't work for me

I bought the bottom buddy because I broke both my hands/wrist. I have use of my fingers on one hand and thought the buddy would help reduce the possibility of a mess. Wrong. Because I can't bend my wrists it is nearly impossible to get the tissue off the buddy and into the toilet. If wiping is difficult because of a hip or back injury or because of weight this product maybe more useful, but if your hands don't work well the bottom buddy is a pain in the butt.
