I am a lincesed massage therapist and believe in continued education. I have a video library with over 35 items. I was disappointed with this DVD,it contained very little detail on manual techniques. Most of the video was refering to the book for specific techniques. Usualy the video portion demonstrate the techniques while the book contain the theory portion. I am not even tempted to purchase the book (and I have over 55 therapeutic and anatomy books), I am affraid it will be another waste of my money.
