This book has been extemely helpful in helping to identify the FTE's proven for best practices, and also helping to determine what category those FTE's should be in, i.e. clinical, administrative, clerical, etc. This book will be plenty worn down by me in the coming months as I continue to refer to it and use it. It divides the staffing up by different specialties-hospital-owned versus private, etc.
