I'm wondering why I didn't purchase this sooner! It's compact, and has tons of great information. I love how it has tabs so it makes finding information even easier. I love it! I would recommend this to all nursing students.

Excellent reference for RN student!

This guide along with the Lab Notes guide by the same publisher were recommended to me by one of my clinical instructors and I have used them both- a lot! I recommend them both to any student in clinicals- its a lifesaver in clinicals when you draw a blank and the instructor is right in front of you. The ABG's and Electrolytes sections are fantastic, and the A&P reviews are great- all in all, if you just get one of these pocket guides, RNotes is the one to get. And it fits well into a scrub pocket! :)

A Great Reference for Nursing Students and Nurses

I can't believe how wonderful this item is. I am a nursing student, and I am a "new born" in this field. However, this book really saves me a lot of trouble. It gives clear directions and instructions. Also it gives a lot of quick references, too. It is really helpful as a "small" reference book, and recommands to every nurse and nursing student.
